Hi! How are things with you?
You asked me about how I keep fit. Well, I do several things to stay in shape. The main thing I do is walk everywhere. Walking is very good exercise, and I suppose I walk about two miles every day.
Of course, I get a lot of exercise with my dog, too. I take him to the park every day and we run around together. Having a dog is my favourite way to keep fit because I have fun while I exercise.
There are plenty of facilities for keeping fit in my town. There's a sports centre and a gym. I hate going to the gym. I think it's really boring, and I don't like exercising indoors.
