“I left school at sixteen and did a secretarial course. Then I joined the company. It was all right at first, but after eight years I’m still doing the same job and I’m really bored. When I apply for promotion, they say that I haven’t got the right qualifications. I can transfer to another department, but secretarial tasks are the same in any department. I don’t know what to do. “I am a manager of this music shop. Music is really important to me: I’m a singer, my boyfriend’s a musician, and a lot of our friends are in the music world.
