What is it also important to have for dinner?
There is no doubt that dinner is the biggest meal of the day. It consists of several courses. For the first course you may have some soup – noodle, mushroom or cabbage soup, or may be some fish soup for a change. For the main course you may have meat, chicken or fish dishes, for example steak or fried fish with spaghetti or potatoes (boiled or fried). It is also important to have vegetables – green peas, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers. For dessert you may have some fruit, fruit juice, or just a cup of tea with a slice of cake. In many houses the midday meal is the chief one of the day, and in the evening people have much simplier supper – sausages, beefsteak, eggs, or just bread and cheese, a cup of cocoa or stewed fruit, and nuts.
