You asked me about my family. Well, I've got a brother and a sister. My brother's name is Max. He's 14, and he's very tall. He's got black hair and blue eyes. He's very clever, and he's funny, too.
My sister's name is Anna. She's only six. She's very pretty. She's got brown hair and green eyes. She's very sweet and kind. I get on well with both Max and Anna. We have a lot of fun.
My mum is a nurse and my dad is the manager of a big company. They work all week, but they don't work at weekends. My parents are both really nice. I hope you will meet them one day!

Dear Katie,
Hi! How are things with you?

You asked me about how I keep fit. Well, I do several things to stay in shape. The main thing I do is walk everywhere. Walking is very good exercise, and I suppose I walk about two miles every day.
Of course, I get a lot of exercise with my dog, too. I take him to the park every day and we run around together. Having a dog is my favourite way to keep fit because I have fun while I exercise.
There are plenty of facilities for keeping fit in my town. There's a sports centre and a gym. I hate going to the gym. I think it's really boring, and I don't like exercising indoors.

Dear Alice,
How are you? I am fine. Thanks for your letter.

I love listening to rock and pop music. I like a lot of different singers and bands and I have lots of CDs. My favourite singers is Avril Lavigne. I think she's brilliant!
I don't read much, but I love the Harry Potter books. They are funny and exciting. I like to read about people having adventures. I prefer to watch TV, though.
I usually watch TV in the evenings when I've finished my homework, and I watch it at the weekends, too. I like watching comedy programmes best, but I also detective programmes. My favourite TV programme is "Friends". It's really funny!

Dear Mark,
Thanks for your letter.

My home is in the south of Russia. It is quite a small town and only about ten thousand people live there. The town has three schools, a station and lots of shops. There are lots of things to do in my town. You can go to the swimming pool or the cinema, or you can walk in the beautiful park in the centre of the town. There are also several cafes in my town. There are also several cafes in my town.
My town isn't very busy. It's a quiet place, so it's nice and relaxing. I like to go to the park with my friends at the weekend. We walk and talk, and then we usually go to a cafe for a drink and a snack.
