Seated in the dentist’s chair, Jane decides that her fears were unnecessary. Dr. Owens, her dentist, is very skillful and gentle. Jane feels no pain.
Today, Jane is going to have two teeth filled. Jane will make an appointment to come back next week, but next time she won’t be afraid.

Jazz became more and more popular. By the 1920s jazz was popular all over the U.S. By the 1940s you could not only hear jazz in clubs and bars, but in concert halls as well. Today people all over the world play jazz.
